Softball

Our softball team had our first game. We won 32 to 14. Wow we kicked their butts! I was dissapointed at my brothers game though. I was supposed to umpire first base but they didn't think I could handle it! Of course I could handle it! I'm 13 for goodness sakes! Oh well. So my next game is going to be in Leader, SK. That will be awesome! It was funny cause' the last softaball season we only played Leader and we lost all our games. But then we won the last game and took home gold!

Tokyo Disneyland

Did you know there's a Disneyland in Tokyo? I sure didn't....It is the first disney park built outside the USA. Personally i didn't know there were any Disney parks outside the USA....o well. Tomatoes: A fruit or a vegtable?

Have you ever wondered about tomatoes? I sure have. They are defineately queer. Most people say it is a vegtable, but then there's the odd person who thinks they know everything and go and say they are fruits. I'm one of those people. If you want to disagree with me and all the other odd people feel free to leave a comment saying: 'Tomatoes are vegtables.' Swift Current Dance Trip

Hey everybody! I have to tell you all about my awesome trip to Swift Current with my BFF, Arielle. I went to Swift Current with them because they take dance and I was going to the competition with them. We ended up upgrading our hotel room to the jacuzzi suite! That was sweet! The first night (friday) all of Lori's (arielle's mom) friends came up and partied! That was a little crazy...but anyway the second night we went down to the pool and then came back up to the room and into the jacuzzi! The jacuzzi filled up with so much bubbles it overflowed! Yup. We even ate cheesecake in there. For the dance part of the trip Arielle got a gold, and 3 silvers. Her sister, Keanna, got a gold outstanding performance and I think 3 silvers as well. I don't really remember but I think that is what they got. I'm sure we went to Tim Hortons a million times that weekend. We ended up getting snowed in at Swift Current so we stayed another night. But really, snowing in April? That's just weird.

4 ways to burn calories

Here are 4 ways to burn calories. Some may seem ridiculous but they are supposedly true!

1. Exercise
2. Bang your head against the wall for an hour. (This suggestion helps you burn calories but lose brain cells...)
3. Don't drink flavored water
4. Don't wear lipstick. (Studies have shown that lipstick actually has calories in it! Ironic!)

Flavored Water

I love my juice! Especially Ocean Spray~Cranberry and Pomegranate! That is so good! It tastes almost exactly like apple juice but it isn't. You could almost say that it is apple juice just with a fancy name. But anyway, back on topic. Flavored water is pointless! It's pretty much juice but healthier. So its healthier, big deal! Commercials say that you have calories in flavored water, so people think that they need a new flavored water that has less calories! Why don't you drink normal water? No offense. But really....

Tech Deck Skateboards

Tech Deck finger skateboards are awesome! They are for people who have an urge to do tricks with their fingers! These little guys are good at deckin' out tricks. (that was corny....) But only if you can practice. They take lots of practice but are defineately worth it. I got my first today. Believe me, I've been practicing all day and still can only get a couple tricks!

Nintendogs DS!!!

Nintendogs is an awesome game if you're into dogs!! In Nintendogs you care for, train, and play with your own virtual dog! You can choose from 6 breeds in each version. In all versions you can unlock all breeds. There is Dachshund and Friends, Labrador or Golden (not sure which one) Retriever and Friends, Dalmation and friends, or Chihuahua and Friends. I have shown Dachshund and Friends because I own that game. Anyway, back to the game. You can feed your dog, take your dog for a walk, enter competitions, play with your dog (you can find awesome toys out on your walk such as a Mario cart, helicopters, pull ropes, bark balls, frisbees, and much more!)and even dress up your dog! You can find collars, (camo, dot, leather, spiked, denim, and more!)hats, (pirate hats, viking hats, ball caps, afros, and even more!) glasses, (sport glasses, scholar glasses, huge glasses, and more!) and ribbons. The competitions that you can enter are Disc Competitions, Agiltity Trials, and Obedience Trials. As with most DS games you can use wireless connection on Nintendogs. Show your dog to your friends with 'Bark Mode.' I think everyone should have this game! Oh JUST BEING CORNY!!

Sea Salt

True fact: Sea salt does come from the sea.
I never knew that until i googled it. Ok, in my opinion we should just stick with ordinary salt. We don't need fancy stuff. But supposedly you can make some pretty good meals with it like a Japenese Sea Salt salad. Crazy stuff...Well i guess sea salt has an interesting flava' (ok, so according to me it dosen't taste the greatest) but all of you who like sea salt, good for you because you have been willing to like it. Then there's people like me who think sea salt should have stayed in the sea.

Swift Current Broncos Hockey Game!

The other day my brother and I went to the Swift Current Broncos hockey game. It was awesome except that the Broncos were losing. At that point Tyler(my bro) and I decided we needed to get cow bells. Cow bells are the noise makers of the Swift Current Broncos// So we went up to our dad and asked for some money for cow bells. He said "No."(Is it just me or is this story getting cornier by the minute?) Just before we asked we went and got 2 bottles of Coke. We had 50 cents left over. That was worthless money since cow bells were $4.00. Giving up, we went back to our seats. We then saw our principle walk by. Ok, that didn't even need to be in the story but anywho....I thought of an idea to make makeshift cow bells. We drank all the pop in our Coke bottles. Then we banged them against our seats. That was actually louder than cow bells so it all worked out. The corniest story ever. By the way, the Broncos still lost.
