4 ways to burn calories

Here are 4 ways to burn calories. Some may seem ridiculous but they are supposedly true!

  1. Exercise
  2. Bang your head against the wall for an hour. (This suggestion helps you burn calories but lose brain cells...)
  3. Don't drink flavored water
  4. Don't wear lipstick. (Studies have shown that lipstick actually has calories in it! Ironic!)
